Is the preview really free?+
Yes. You upload photos, add details and see the finished poster before paying anything. No card needed. You only pay if you love it.
What photos work best?+
One clear, well-lit photo of their face looking toward the camera, plus an action shot if you have one. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows and group shots where they're small.
Can I make changes?+
Yes. Every poster includes two free changes. Tell us what to fix (colors, pose, uniform, anything) and we'll create a new version. You pick the one you love.
How long does shipping take?+
Every order is printed in 2 to 5 business days. US delivery usually lands 5 to 10 business days after you order. We email tracking as soon as it ships. We currently ship to the US and Canada; more countries are coming soon.
What if it arrives damaged?+
We'll reprint it for free. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.
Do you use team or league logos?+
No. Every design is original artwork. Your team or school name can appear as text, but we don't reproduce official league or team logos.
